RTS recruitment is an employment agency specialising in recruitment services to the unique needs of the educational SEN setting. Our primary focus is on placing Teaching Assistants in classrooms and other support roles in challenging environments. 'R.T.S' was Founded in 2023 by Darren Bryson and Nathan Schall, two professionals with extensive experience in the education and mental health sectors. Inspired by our experiences working as HLTAs across Manchester, we recognised the need for a recruitment agency that truly understands the challenges of special education roles.

What we do
We specialize in recruiting, training, and supplying staff to schools bringing front line experience to the table. Having recently worked in schools themselves our recruiters know that when an environment has exceptional needs, it requires exceptional staff. In most settings, De-escalation can be the difference between calm OR conflict. That's why we train all of our staff in-house using the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) 'Safety Intervention' programme. CPI is a globally recognized leader in evidence-based de-escalation and crisis prevention training, trusted by over 42,000 certified instructors and 17 million professionals worldwide. Safety Intervention Training
The CPI Safety Intervention™ Foundation training, formerly known as MAPA®, is for those who need to prevent and/or intervene in crisis situations. The programme focuses on prevention and teaches staff de-escalation skills as well as non-restrictive and restrictive interventions.
